On Friday we took the Summer Camp Staff, Mona, Julez, Ash, & Izzy to Malibu Creek. The water was so much lower in one week, that I think this will be one of the last trips of the summer.
We met some other horse people while we were there and talked them into joining us in the water - they had a great time and we made some new friends.
We also felt ambitious and decided to bring the baby for the experience. She was AMAZING! And she LOVED the water! She was eager to swim, splash and play on her own.
I am so glad we brought her!
Everyone cantered around the fields and we swam 3 times. It was so hot, we all went it and had a wonderful time. It was so hot, the water was the best place to be.
I hope we can get one more trip in this summer before all the water goes away until next year!
